Still kicking

I'm alive and well. Just so completely exhausted that I don't have the energy or creative power for blog writing. I've still been keeping up with everyone's, so no worries there. Had an interesting 2 days on July 14th an 15th - went into pre-term labor, had an ambulance ride to the City as we were at the lake and then nothing progressed so I was sent home after 18 hours of being in the hospital. So, now, I'm having Braxton Hicks and cramps and playing the waiting game :) Here are a few new pics of Bee!

Our Wonderful Vacation!

I guess I really should have posted these sooner, but things have been so crazy since we've been back. I've had tons of appointments and lots of get togethers, so here they finally are!

Our thumb sucker getting over a fever... and we dragged her to the zoo on one of the hottest days :( I just love the way she has to stroke her blankie with the other hand.

She learned how to swim on her own with water wings and absolutely loved it!

She also loved sitting on the top step and climbing into the pool on her own :)

Hubby went on a long hike with the men... glad I wasn't there to watch him climb this rock :D




Our trip was awesome and it was horrible coming back to snowstorms and cool weather, but I guess we're lucky we got to go in the first place ;)

To my loyal readers...

Thank you for your concerned comments (all two of you;)! First my monkey was sick with the flu for 6 days, the next week I had a crappy cold, the next week I had the flu and was literally in bed for 3 days, then my monkey had the flu again (thankfully only one day this time) and now she's teething and has been waking up at 6am and not sleeping through the night. So... I'm pooped - there ya have it!

We leave for Palm Springs on Tues and I'm now gearing up for that with suitcases and clothes everywhere and lists to be made :)

I guess I have really been neglecting my blog, but I've been trying to spend less time on the computer, and this is what the result has been! I'll post pics of the trip when we get back, for now, here are some of my cutie-pie!

I know, I know...

Okay, I know it's been a while, but honestly, I've been feeling like crap. I was finally feeling better yesterday and today and caught up on lots of stuff that needed to get done around the house! Laundry, Christmas trees, decorations to take down, general cleaning (although I still haven't finished the dishes, that one gets put off for a long time). Which reminds me, I forgot to put a dishwasher on my Christmas wish list - NO WE DO NOT HAVE ONE!!! I wish, but the way the kitchen is laid out, there actually isn't anywhere to put it, so unless we totally reno it (which isn't likely, considering we won't be here for more than 3 years) then I'm stuck with washing all, YES ALL my dishes by hand :( Humph!!! Oh, and my last post was technically #100 which is kind of fitting, considering how significant it was. I say technically, because Blogger says it is, but I have a few drafts still in progress, so if you don't count those then it wouldn't be. Okay, I ate lunch 2 hour ago, I'm starving, so I'm gonna go and have a snack, yum :P I want to post a video of Beth opening some Christmas gifts, but it might take awhile for me to get it on the computer. Tonight is pizza and TV night at the rents, and they haven't seen Beth in a few weeks, they'll be surprised at all her talking :)
